Anthony Joshua is giving us major FOMO with his Barbados holiday, as he looked like he had all the fun during an afternoon of riding around on jet skis.
The boxing heavyweight champion is currently holidaying on the Caribbean island with his friends and family after a stressful few months, which saw him lose his titles to Andy Ruiz Jr before victoriously reclaiming his belts again in Saudi Arabia.
With all that drama, it’s understandable that Anthony would whisk himself off to exotic climes and he’s giving us major FOMO in the process.
On Sunday afternoon, the 30-year-old clearly had the need for speed as he was spotted whizzing around Barbados’ crystal blue waters on a jet ski. But not before he cautiously read a pamphlet which likely featured the all important health and safety rules to prevent any wannabe daredevils doing serious damage.
After a fun ride around, Anthony emerged from the water and did his best Baywatch swagger across the sand.
James Bond would be proud.
Earlier, the Watford-native shared a sweet photo of his son Junior sitting between his legs on the sand and looking out to sea. ‘Island boy,’ Anthony captioned the image so we’re guessing little Junior is getting used to life in the sun.
A few hours later, Anthony freshened up and headed to a local restaurant where he couldn’t help but drop a freestyle for the 150th time in the past few weeks of his celebratory tour.
Only this time, he had steel pans for his beat.
‘You thought I was done,’ he told his Instagram followers in reference to his side hobby as a freestyle rapper.
‘I’m in Barbados, some call me Ant, some call me Josh/ Lowkey don I don’t like to cross, but I’m the boss, something like Rick Ross,’ he rapped.
Hmm, not bad but maybe needs a little work. Just saying.
Despite his getaway, Joshua is still lining up his next fight but the IBF and WBO have both ordered him to fight their mandatory challengers next, leaving one belt in danger of being vacated.

Anthony Joshua responds to claims he's backed out of Tyson Fury sparring offer
‘I would hate [to vacate a belt] because it’s so hard to go round and collect all these belts, it’s really difficult and I’ve kept hold of them for so many years,’ he told Sky Sports.
‘So to have to vacate because of the boxing politics would be annoying, but there are things that are out of my control. If I do lose one, I know I’ll be able to get it back.’
