Burnley host Manchester United in the Premier League at Turf Moor on Saturday night with both teams looking to finish off 2019 with a win.

The Clarets have four wins and four defeats from their last eight Premier League games and will be looking to bounce back from their drab loss to Everton in their last match.

The Red Devils have also been inconsistent but are coming off a morale-boosting 4-1 win over Newcastle last time out and can close in on the Premier League top four with a victory.

This is the first time the sides have met this season with the last clash being a 2-2 draw at Old Trafford in January.

Ashley Barnes was rested for Burnley’s last outing but will be back in the starting XI this time around, while Sean Dyche is hoping to recall Ben Gibson and Aaron Lennon from injury and illness respectively.

Paul Pogba is likely to start with Scott McTominay injured, but Marcos Rojo, Eric Bailly and Timothy Fosu-Mensah remain out.
