Katie Price is in talks for her own DIY SOS style show so she can clean up her notoriously messy house.
The 41-year-old star’s Sussex home had been dubbed the ‘mucky mansion’ after a sneaky peak at the place in Keith Lemon’s Through The Keyhole in 2017 showed a dirty swimming pool, overgrown tennis courts and a whole load of clutter.
Last month, Katie started cleaning up her luxury pad and revealed that she was making improvements, and now it looks like we might be getting a television programme which documents the transformation.
A close friend of Katie revealed ‘she’s really excited about the new project – she’s telling everyone that the cameras will follow the work on the house, ending with a big reveal.’
The insider continued: ‘Filming it as a TV show is perfect because she’s hoping the TV channel will cover the costs of the builder, plus she’ll get furniture and furnishings for free through the show with product placement and brand sponsorship.’
They added to The Sun: ‘She can’t wait for it to have a total makeover and to show it off. She’s sick of people saying her house is mucky and messy.’
Katie’s current reality series aires on Quest Red, but it remains up in the air which channel will air the project as the broadcaster told the publication ‘there are no plans to film a home renovation show with Katie Price on Quest Red.’

Katie bought her Sussex property in 2014 from ex-Cabinet Office Minister Francis Maude for £1.3million.
The sprawling mansion stands in 12.25 acres with a small green area to the back of the home that features play equipment for her young children.
Katie was declared bankrupt on 26 November after failing to pay back her debts over an agreed 12-month period.
Despite her money woes, Katie carried out renovations on her mansion, believed to be in an effort to sell the house.
Metro.co.uk has contacted Katie’s rep for comment.
